Andrew & Melissa Wing
Andrew Wing was introduced to the rugged beauty and remote lifestyle of Nantucket Island in early childhood. When he moved to the island full time in 1987, a summer job landscaping became a passion for stone masonry, landscape construction, and design. Andrew and Melissa founded Wingworks Landscape in 1994 and became dedicated to a pursuit of excellence in the landscaping industry. Now retired, Melissa's exceptional talent for perennial garden design and living floral arrangements in window boxes and containers helped to shape years of Wingworks projects into distinctive landscapes featuring world-class gardens.

Brett Sousa
Answering an ad for a landscape foreman and intrigued by tales of the faraway island that came drifting back across the sound, Brett arrived on Nantucket for the first time the day after his college graduation in 2006. He never left. An avid mariner and fisherman, Brett found himself at home on the Grey Lady. He engaged his business degree and extensive experience in the turf industry and quickly became an invaluable asset to Wingworks with a good-natured propensity for organization, efficiency, and excellence. Brett has been building the company from his first day in the summer of 2006 and became an owner of the company in 2019.
